Personal Contact Messages

personalcontact.jpg - 8499 Bytes

There is a group of messages called personal contact messages available. These messages relay information of individual interest to the owner of the Community Messenger, such as the next meeting of the Tennis Association or the church prayer list.
To check and display your list of personal contact messages press the apad.jpg - 1163 Bytes key.
The display consists of 4 lines of 20 characters on each line. After 3 seconds the display will scroll down to display the entire message.
The next unread message will display each time apad.jpg - 1163 Bytes is pressed.
To back up to the previous messages press bpad.jpg - 1186 Bytes.
Pressing cpad.jpg - 1205 Bytes will return you to the main menu.
The messages remain in the Community Messenger after they are read, but the message light will not blink after the message has been read once.

A total of 85 Messages (including personal and emergency messages) will be retained. After 85 messages, the oldest message will be written over.
