If The Unit Isn’t Receiving a Signal:

Check the broadcasting station to make sure it is on the air by tuning in the home station on a regular radio.
Make sure the red light isn’t flickering. Blinking at regular intervals is OK. That means you have an unread message. If it flickers, you are not receiving good data. That usually means you are either in a low signal area or your environment has a high RF noise floor due to computers, equipment, or appliances emitting high levels of FM noise. Try an external antenna if nothing else works.
Check the power connection. Check both the plug going to the electrical outlet and the cord connection to the unit. Check the antenna wire. Make sure it is in place unless you are using an external antenna.
